I found the staff helpful and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. Every interaction with the front desk was a reminder of how dedicated they are to their guests.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, I felt it was still justifiable.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

The location is fantastic for exploring Manhattan, so convenient for walking to major attractions. Breakfast was decent, with friendly staff helping to keep things running smoothly. Unfortunately, the room was quite cramped, and housekeeping could have been better. Additionally, I faced some noise issues that detracted from the experience.

The location was the highlight for me! It was just a short walk to Times Square. The room was a bit cramped but manageable for our one-night stay. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Museum of Modern Art and Times Square, both super close by. The location is perfect for exploring. Breakfast was great too, with lots of options to fuel up for the day.

The hotel boasts a prime spot just five minutes from Pennsylvania Station, perfect for getting around the city. My room upgrade came with an expansive balcony featuring a killer view of the Empire State Building, and the shower offered plenty of space for a relaxing rinse after a long day out.

While the elevator service was quick most of the time, I did encounter some moments of congestion during busier hours. The air conditioning unit had a tendency to be pretty noisy, especially when cranked up to combat the NYC heat. The breakfast area felt a bit too chilly for comfort, which made enjoying the morning spread a challenge on cooler days. Also, the fire exit sign's location felt a tad strange as it wasn't facing the bed, which was mildly distracting at night.

The check-out process was poor, and I loved the hot breakfast options.
